We founded Candle & scents with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, enjoyable shopping experience with high quality Candles, Wax melts and more.

Terms and conditions

Offers are available within selected dates and times, please check before making any purchases. Promo code's are for use of one per customer however this is subject to type of promotion. Prices are marked and cannot be adjusted or discounted unless specified. All promotions and products are while stocks last. Candle and Scents reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time. Please note that items purchased during this promotion may only be returned for a refund if faulty. In this instance you will need to return both the faulty item and the associated product from that purchase. Offers does not include purchase of Gift Cards unless specified. 

Our Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Candle and Scents. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 12 hours before minimum. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods or a cancellation before the order has been processed. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days, The Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned: The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over, The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods at the following address which you can get via a message. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Your information is securely stored in file under password protected. All information kept such as Order ID, name, order details will all be kept as records and not shared with anyone unless proper authority receives permission to do so, such as police.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Before placing your order please make sure to check it is the correct address. However is a problem arrises we can cancel an order and refund for you to place the order again if you wish. 
Orders:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Shipping:
Be advised that shipping may take anywhere from 3-5 busniess days due to the mailing companies time frame and may be a delay if the postal service has a high volume of post and parcels.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery is free of charge for under 10 miles. For orders over 10 miles away a small charge of £1 a mile will be added to the total payment. 

Shipping via Royal Mail is according to their prices for packages and parcels.
Deliveries are made from 10:00AM till 9:00PM on days agreed, please email and confirm your delivery day, however this may be sent in your confirmation email. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and an estimate of a time unless requested to come at a certain time due to circumstances.
In Store Pickup: 
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the store address which is a home address due to the company just starting and also all products are homemade. if you chose to have it collected, a confirmation email will be sent with address, date and time to collect. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00AM till 21:00PM. Please have your order confirmation email or order ID with you when you come to collect your order.
